Now to use RDP from outside your local network, you need to set a VPN connection.

Note that the host computer must have a password set to allow remote connection.

A third party tool would be requiered to allow it. !\ RDP isn't available on Windows 10 home.

I would recommend resizing the game window to a lower resolution on the host computer before manipulating remotely. However if you remotely connect from a computer with a lower resolution it could mess up the game. I confirm, Remote Desktop Protocol works fine.
